Maurer’s Property Solutions, LLC was established in 2003 by Tony Maurer in the Brainerd Lakes Area. While serving as a high school social studies teacher and coach, Tony founded the company with a focus on dock and lift installation and removal. In 2006, the business expanded to include lawn care services, and through long-standing client relationships, Tony identified a growing demand for comprehensive, single-source property care.
By 2010, Maurer’s Property Solutions had evolved into a full-service property management company. Tony prides himself on timely communication, meeting deadlines, and delivering consistently high-quality work. Clients benefit from the convenience of a true one-stop shop, with Tony serving as the single point of contact for all property needs. Today, he leads a highly regarded team of trained professionals and licensed contractors, providing dependable, complete property solutions throughout the Brainerd Lakes and Whitefish Chain Areas.
